Charity Tyne is a Family Case Manager. She joined our team in 2021 upon moving to Cincinnati, OH. She grew up in New Jersey and studied economic solutions to poverty and Hispanic literature. Charity loves meeting and working with individuals from all around the globe. As a family case manager Charity connects families with the resources they need, assuring that families are supported during their transition.

Kenya Castanedas is the Family Navigator. She joined out team in August of 2022. She will be helping families navigate their way through becoming integrated into the US life. She is here to help them communicate their needs as well as assist them in getting their needs met. Kenya is fluent in Spanish and English which is important because translation is a big part of her role.

Ashlyn Tate is a Resource Coordinator for Rising Stars at Cheviot Westwood and Aiken. She joined our team in 2023, after working with the Girl Scouts for almost two years. She brings a lot of program knowledge as well as a love for connecting families to equitable, enriching and sustainable resources. She graduated from Wright State University in 2022 with a Bachelors of Arts in Social Work and resides in Cincinnati, where she likes to visit book and coffee shops. Ashlyn’s role in her schools will allow her to connect families, teachers and students to resources that fit their needs.
